Decode Entertainment
Since its launch in 1997, DECODE has become a sought after international partner for a diverse range of projects. DECODE's slate of shows range from unique 2D cut and paste styles to CGI, digital and traditional cell animation, as well as live action productions. Animated series include Planet Sketch, Chop Socky Chooks, Naughty Naughty Pets, Bromwell High, Delilah & Julius, The Save-Ums, Franny's Feet, King and Angela Anaconda. DECODE’s live action titles include Naturally Sadie, Radio Free Roscoe, The Zack Files and factual series Kratt Brothers' Be the Creature. DECODE Interactive also develops, produces and distributes interactive online content to broadcasters worldwide. Based on DECODE’s television projects, interactive content is designed using the latest technologies in digital animation, multimedia and itv.
DECODE programming and interactive content can be seen in most countries around the world. In the U.S., broadcasters include The Disney Channel, Discovery, National Geographic Channel, Noggin and MTV. Internationally, major broadcasters include Channel 5 (UK), France 5, Super RTL, ZDF, Cartoon Network, Nickelodeon and ABC (Australia). Key co-production partners include Aardman Animations and Hat Trick Productions, both based in the U.K. Headquartered in Toronto, with offices in London, DECODE Entertainment is a subsidiary of DHX Media Ltd, a leading international producer and distributor of television programming and interactive content with an emphasis on the children, family and youth markets. DHX Media Ltd. shares trade on London's AIM exchange and ON the TSX in Toronto.
